Multiple explosions of melting furnaces in the last two weeks and examination of refractory soil revealed that iron particles caused by hammers crushing the soil in the remaining refractory soil caused melting penetration. Note to the black spots in the soil, which are actually iron particles that caused soil penetration.
If possible, magnetize your soils before use/application.
